一代示蹤線:是由鋁箔和塑料薄膜的母體組成,鋁箔主要是傳輸信號,母體是固定鋁箔。這種示蹤線缺點:鋁箔強度非常低,即使在生產(chǎn),運輸過程中也很容易斷裂,輔設(shè)易損傷,同時鋁箔的電阻非常大,有效探測距離和深度有限。

First generation tracer line: It is composed of a matrix of aluminum foil and plastic film. The aluminum foil is mainly used for transmitting signals, and the matrix is a fixed aluminum foil. The disadvantages of this tracer line are that the strength of the aluminum foil is very low, and it is easy to break even during production and transportation. The auxiliary equipment is easily damaged, and the resistance of the aluminum foil is very high, which limits the effective detection distance and depth.

二代示蹤線:是由鋼絲和塑料薄膜壓制而成,該示蹤線由鋼絲為導(dǎo)體,電阻大,探測距離有限,難以滿足實際需要。

Second generation tracer line: It is made by pressing steel wire and plastic film. The tracer line is made of steel wire as the conductor, with high resistance and limited detection distance, making it difficult to meet practical needs.

三代示蹤線:是由銅包鋼金屬線芯和PE外保護(hù)層組成,外觀成線狀。以下以HX-13II示蹤線為例

Alternative products for tracer lines

在第三代示蹤線還沒有誕生,二代產(chǎn)品又不能滿足要求的情況下,電線成為示蹤線的替代品,由于電線并不是針對PE管道示蹤而設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品,其本身用于充當(dāng)“示蹤線”則有諸多缺限。

In the absence of third-generation tracer wires and the inability of second-generation products to meet the requirements, wires have become a substitute for tracer wires. However, since wires are not designed specifically for PE pipeline tracing, their use as "tracer wires" has many limitations.

成本高:電線做為示蹤線,其造價相對昂貴。

抗腐蝕和抗老化差:電線的外表面絕緣層是PVC,這種材料埋地后易老化,相對PE材質(zhì)有所不足。

Poor corrosion resistance and aging resistance: The outer surface insulation layer of the wire is PVC, which is easy to age after being buried, and is insufficient compared with PE material.

抗拉力:電線金屬芯是銅材質(zhì),抗拉力有局限性,在用于常規(guī)輔設(shè)及非開挖輔設(shè)時,斷裂機率較高。
